Injury Report: October 5th, 2009

The Cyclones have been fortunate in the injury department up to this point in the season, though they had a mild scare last game and have lost a star player. Prior to the doubleheader on October 3rd, the Cyclones received news that P/OF Connor Viglianti would be on the Disabled List for at least 15 days with a right elbow strain. Connor was batting over .600 at the time of the injury. Additionally, C/OF Michael Ruzek injured his leg during a diving play in left field on Saturday October 3rd, though he remained in the game to catch. Ruzek is not expected to miss any playing time. Other than those two injuries, the Cyclones are healthy heading into the third series of the year this Sunday October 11th, 2009 in Neptune NJ.
